Persian Restaurant spotlight: Kolbeh of Kabob

Gayatri says:
I have been to the Persian restaurant, Kolbeh of Kabob, a few times but was extremely impressed by everything today. I don’t eat legumes and wheat (Paleo/Whole30 diet) but when the hummus and bread came, I just had to shovel a spoon of hummus into my mouth. Worth it.

I ordered the Kubideh and savored every single bite. The meat was perfectly cooked and succulent. The only thing I don’t much care for is the huge portion of basmati rice usually served with non-gravy options but my friends tell me the rice is perfectly cooked. At the end of the meal, the server noticed I didn’t touch my rice and offered to replace it with a salad of my choice in the future, for free!! On the menu- replacing rice with a salad usually costs $2.

The grilled/charred tomato was fantastic, too! Portions are huge and the prices are appropriate.

This Persian restaurant was empty because we went at 3pm but the server never let us feel like she was paying more attention to other things. She is great!

Booths are super spacious, too.

They cater all size events and private parties are also available.
